Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Woolie. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All order are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Order are not shipped or delivered on weekend or public holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

 

Shipping Rates

We ship from Singapore. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Woolie will not be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide

 

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Singapore: 2 - 3 days
  • Asia-Pacific: 7 days
  • UK & Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
  • US & Canada: 1 - 2 weeks

Delivery delays can occur, and are completely out of our control. Additionally, due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays for all international shipments, depending on your location’s regulations. Please give up to 10 business days on top of regular delivery time for your shipments. Woolie will not be responsible for shipping carrier delays. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Your order may be subject to important duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Woolie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the recipient of the parcel Unfortunately, we have no control over charges imposed in individual countries, and cannot predict what these may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; if you have any concerns at all, please contact your local customs office. 

If you were not home during time of delivery, please ensure that you pick up your package from your postal office within the timeframe allotted by your local postal service. Woolie will not be responsible for packages sent back if not picked up in time

 

Checking Order Status

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if you opt for trackable shipping). Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
